The Toolbar
The Toolbar appears just below the menu bar, and contains the following icon buttons:
The ToolbarNot every icon button is available at all times: it depends on what you are doing. An icon button may not be currently visible, or if it is, it may be grayed out. You can drag the Toolbar to another place in the window, if you wish. Each icon button is a shortcut for performing a particular action, which can also be carried out from the keyboard, as shown below.

 | Moves to the previous page or record. | PAGE UP |
 | Moves to the previous record | CURSOR UP |
 | Moves to the next record. | CURSOR DOWN |
 | Moves to the next page or record. | PAGE DOWN |
 | Queries all records. | ALT + F3 |
 | Puts the window into Query Mode. | F2 |
 | Enables you to edit the previous query. | ALT + F2 |
 | Executes the current query. | F3 |
