Allow disable constraints
In "Database account", in USoft Authorizer, sets the "Allow_Disable_Constraint" deployment configuration parameter for the LAN deployment configuration to:
- True if "Allow disable constraint" = 'Y',
- False if "Allow disable constraint" = 'N'.

Notes
